State Rep. Hilda Santiago and Miles Rapoport: CT Can Lead Toward 100% Voter Participation

State Rep. Hilda Santiago and 100% Democracy’s Executive Director Miles Rapoport co-authored an op-ed in the Connecticut Mirror about how Connecticut could lead toward 100% voter participation with the passing of SB395 in the 2026 legislative session. This bill would create a task force that would look at what other states are doing that Connecticut could implement to increase voter participation across the state.
