Connecticut State Rep. Speaks Out in Favor of Universal Voting

In an op-ed in the CT Post, State Representative Josh Elliott discussed his support of a Connecticut bill that would institute universal voting. Elliott says, "We need to do better. Our goal in election administration is threefold: make voting easy, make it accessible and make it trustworthy.
