Harvard Kennedy School: Modeling the Impact of Universal Voting

A new report modeling the impact of Universal Voting published by the Harvard Kennedy School.

The William Monroe Trotter Collaborative predicts how voter turnout might change in the state of Connecticut under Universal Civic Duty Voting. The report uses data from HaystaqDNA's modified voter file to look at how Universal Voting might impact overall voter turnout, as well as its potential impact on youth turnout and racial disparities.
