Connecticut Mirror: CT Can Lean Toward 100% Participation

Former Connecticut Secretaries of the State, Miles Rapoport and Denise Merrill, make the case for how the state can lead the nation in a discussion of how we can achieve 100% participation in a new article in the Connecticut Mirror.

There are several bills currently before the Government Administration and Elections Committee that would create a commitment to achieve genuinely full voting representation, and initiate a study of what it would take to get there.
